Customer Support Representative (Technical)
Full-Time, 100% Remote. Live in North or South America. Effectively resolve customer inquiries by using your natural technical and investigative skills by troubleshooting, testing, and communicating between internal and external teams. Preferred experience in prior technical customer support as well as proficiency with HelpScout, Jira, Github, APIs, Salesforce, or Asana.
